I live here and everyone is super nice. Some of the security guards act like police but without the power. It is 55+ which i really appreciate. Kids can swim during certain times. Has a dog park, tennis & pickle ball courts, bocce, wood shop, gym, silversmithing, ceramics and so much more.

Head of security here is a joke and needs to lose his job title.... Terry was a great head of security when he was alive and running this place.... Jim is beyond a joke and doesn't have a clue how to do his job

This 55+ community is a really beautiful place to stay for retirement. We visited this place and received a welcoming tour by the staff. The front yard is designed with different types of plants that only grow in Arizona. It has a good landscape and huge space to drive around.

Great place, if you are retired and are in to activities, there is more than enough to keep you busy. Better to buy, so you can attend activites freely. Guard house is a very good plus. From hummingbirds to woodpeckers, they are all friendly and hubgry :)

This place is awesome, people are so friendly, the staff and volunteers are eager to help you. Grounds are immaculate and clean. Security is on it with the chief leading the pact and making rounds through out the day checking on our homes. So glad we bought in here.
